Shipping Policy
Generally, orders are processed within 24 hours. Orders will be shipped within 5-7 business days. All packages are shipped via UPS or FEDEX, therefore a correct street address is needed.
All orders over $100 receive FREE Standard Shipping. Most orders are received within 7-10 Days.
WE DO NOT SHIP:
- PO Boxes
- Pennsylvania, Florida & Idaho
- Addresses that do not match the Billing Address.
- We do not ship internationally. We only ship to the Continental United States.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to confirm local laws and restrictions regarding the type of products being shipped.
We are not responsible for packages after they leave our warehouse for shipment. Once they have been picked up, all packages are the responsibility of Shipping Company until they have been delivered. If you have any problems concerning your shipment, feel free to contact us. We will gladly work with you and Shipping Company to get the issue resolved.
We reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee on all orders returned to us for any reason. The restocking fee also applies to cancelled orders.
Returns Policy
If you received a damaged item or an item that is not what you ordered, simply return the UNUSED item in its original, shipped condition for a Store Credit ONLY! No refunds! Any items which have been USED are NOT eligible for a store credit and will not be shipped back.
*** Broken Items have to be Reported within 48hrs of Delivery to Qualify for Credit.
You should expect to receive your store credit within 2 – 4 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive store credit more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our credit request (5 to 10 business days).
